Starting new plants from cuttings is truly amazing.
Lop off a branch, stick it into some potting soil and soon, you have an entire plant! And truthfully, it is almost that easy once you know some of the tricks that propagators use.
Once you see and understand the process, you can propagate almost anything from the shrubs you cover in your neighbor's garden to hat new perennial you saw in the nursery (though not if it is a patented variety).
This demonstration will cover some of the basics for making and potting cuttings, how to care for the, how to transplant them once they are ready to go! It is easy!
